Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at nevaehv87.69@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your order. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: As our products ship from international suppliers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping timeframes: Orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a missing order.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period: If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at nevaehv87.69@gmail.com.
