We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at contact@livdecor.shop or submit a return request through your account — we'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Damages & Wrong Items Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll resolve it with a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Free returns on all orders. We'll provide a prepaid return label once you submit your request.

Exchanges Return your original item and place a new order for the fastest turnaround.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Delivery Timeframes Orders ship from US-based suppliers and typically arrive within 5–10 business days but we ask that you give us 20 business days before making a late order claim.
