Shipping policy

At LivDecor, we work with US-based suppliers to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Please allow up to 20 business days before contacting us about a late or missing order — we appreciate your patience and will always follow up if something's off.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is $9.99 on all orders. Orders over $75 ship free.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@livdecor.shop with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, so accuracy matters.
