ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–20 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LivDecor is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

LivDecor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, LivDecor is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution where applicable.
